Estimate Services

All of our estimates take place on the property. We come to your property, and perform a walk through with you to assess the damage with moisture meters (penetrating and non penetrating). We assess the condition of the materials such as drywall, flooring, carpet, tile etc. Once we have finished our walk through of the property we will provide your estimate to you while we are there and send a physical copy to your insurance adjuster if you are going through insurance. if you are not going through insurance or just want a copy for yourself we will email one to you as the customer.
